Winterfest 2025 Info
We’re excited to run Winterfest four days in 2025! We’ll work to keep the same format as we have in the past. That means starting with Xcel on Thursday morning and having their levels done by Friday evening or Saturday morning depending on who signs up. Our goal is to start with the highest levels of Xcel on Thursday morning and work our way down. DP will all compete the second half of the weekend. We know it’s not ideal to always compete Xcel the first half of the weekend but many of the teams that attend our meet compete either Xcel or DP. We split the weekend so coaches don’t end up spending all weekend away from home. As coaches we’ve all been to meets where you have the first session on Friday and then last on Sunday with tons of down time in between. We find it also allow teammates to attend each other’s session and cheer them on.
We know not everyone likes a three or four day meet but with so many gymnasts and limited space at the City Center we feel a four day meet is better than not being able to compete at all. Registration info will be updated early this summer. Have a great off season and we’ll see you all in Saratoga this winter!
Format: Modified Capital Cup with two flights
Equipment: Spieth Anderson
Individual Awards:
Custom medals for 1st – 3rd place
100% AA awards for levels 2, 3, and Bronze
50% AA awards for level 4/Gold on up
4th place and out medals will be a different medal (not bronze)
Team Awards: Banners for levels with 3/4+ gymnasts based on the top 3/4 scores
Gymnast Gift: Team Photo will be on site and each gymnast will receive professional photos from the event for free!
Coaches Gift: Each gym will receive a bottle of wine or six pack of beer from a local winery/brewery!
Scratch Deadline: December 15th. No refunds after for any reason. The schedule will soon follow the scratch deadline.
Entry Fees:
All Levels: $150
No team fees
Registration will be done through USAG Reservations. Please first register through USAG Reservations and then mail a check in the full amount due to the address below. Full payment is due no later than October 31st. Scratch refunds will be mailed within two weeks of the event completion.
