Winterfest 2026 Info

Hope you’re all having a great summer.
Winterfest registration is going to open up on 9/3 at 10am on USAG Reservations. The only way to make sure your gymnasts are registered is for them to have an active USAG membership. I can not manage holding spots at certain levels. The entry is $165 this year. No team fee. Everything will be similar to last year. John Cheng will be back taking pictures. Beer/wine for coaches. Panera and Hatties for food. It’s a four day meet again with us trying the best we can to front load Xcel on Thursday and Friday with DP on the second half. Depending on the numbers we may have to throw a level five session or something like that on Thursday/Friday. The hotel link is live on the meet website.
Last year we closed out registration out in about 6 hours so please make sure you mark the registration date and time in your calendar if you plan on attending.
If you are planning on attending it would be helpful if you send your tentative numbers by level so I can build some sessions and have the appropriate amount of spots in each level come registration day. I will do my best to help with level changes but please register them for the level you think they will be competing. We always get a long session or two but we really try our best to not make monster sessions and keep the meet as efficient as possible. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Meet: Thursday, February 5 – Sunday February 8
Meet Fee: $165 per gymnast

Scratch Date: December 15. No refunds after this date
Format: Modified Capital Cup with two flights
Equipment: Spieth Anderson
Individual Awards:
Custom medals for 1st – 3rd place
100% AA awards for levels 2, 3, and Bronze
50% AA awards for level 4/Gold on up
4th place and out medals is a different medal (not bronze)
Team Awards: Banners for levels with 3/4+ gymnasts based on the top 3/4 scores
Gymnast Gift: Team Photo will be on site and each gymnast will receive professional photos from the event for free!
Coaches Gift: Each gym will receive a bottle of wine or six pack of beer from a local winery/brewery!
Scratch Deadline: December 15th. No refunds after for any reason. The schedule will soon follow the scratch deadline.

Registration will be done through USAG Reservations. Please first register through USAG Reservations and then mail a check in the full amount due to the address below. Full payment is due no later than October 31st. Scratch refunds will be mailed within two weeks of the event completion.
